Student Code of Honor

Students of Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz (Next - University) and College of Economics, Business and Law (Next - College), realizing its responsibility for the implementation of the main goal system of higher education - training of a professionally and culturally oriented person, possessing worldview potential, creative thinking abilities, possessing sustainable competencies in the specialty, and, considering it their duty to strengthen and develop principles of corporate governance, accept this Student Code of Honor and undertake to strictly follow it.

StudentUNT University and College strives to become a worthy citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, professional in the chosen specialty, to develop the best qualities of creative personality.
Student UNT University and College is conscientious about teaching and all forms of control knowledge, observes the accepted standards of training.
StudentUNT is committed to combating all kinds of academic dishonesty, Among them:
- copying and asking others for assistance in passing control procedures knowledge;
- submission of any volume of ready-made educational materials (essays, Year, tests, diploma and other works), including Internet resources, as the results of their own work;
- use of family or service ties to get a higher grade;
- absenteeism, tardiness and absence of classes without a valid reason;
- Using a cell phone, another Technician for listening during classes music, personal correspondence and computer games.
UNT University and College students consider all of the above types of academic unscrupulousness as incompatible with obtaining high-quality and competitive education.
University and College students are obliged to observe political correctness in the implementation of activities on campus or at events held on behalf of University and College.
UNT University and College Students comply with the norms of student ethics and the rules of business behavior in communication with other students.
Student UNT shows tolerance and respect for the customs and traditions of other peoples, take into account the cultural and other features of various ethnic, social groups and religious denominations.
Student UNT is obliged to be neat in appearance, behavior and thoughts, to observe secular rules and generally accepted rules of business etiquette, including in clothing and wearing headgear within the walls of the educational institution.
Students of UNT University and College, living in a dormitory, maintain an atmosphere of good neighborliness, avoid conflicts with other residents and the administration.
UNT University and College Students show politeness in relations with teachers, staff, with representatives of the University administration, do not allow familiarity in addressing them and avoid rudeness and incorrectness.
Student UNT is forbidden to use obscene, insulting the personality of vocabulary.
Student UNT University and College cares about maintaining a high academic culture, an atmosphere of trust and mutual respect in the university community, strives to resolve emerging conflicts peacefully, and does not allow violence against other students.
Student UNT University and College refrains from behavior that may damage the reputation of the student community or the authority of the University and College.
Student UNT University and College leads a healthy lifestyle, and completely abandons harmful habits (use of non-smoking tobacco products (nasvay), smoking cigarettes (electronic cigarettes/vapes (IQOS, glo, Juul and others), hookah) both on the territory of the University and College, and outside.
Student UNT University and College respects the traditions of the university, takes care of its property, and maintains cleanliness and order in the student house.
Student UNT University and College recognizes as necessary and useful any activity aimed at strengthening the system of student self-government, developing student creativity (scientific and educational, sports, artistic, etc.), to the promotion of the corporate culture and image of the university.
Student self-government bodies in faculties and colleges have the right, at their discretion, to impose moral penalties on violators of the provisions of this Code, such as: public censure, temporary deprivation of the right to participate in student self-government activities. The issue of applying such penalties by student self-government bodies is decided independently.

Assuming the norms of this Code, we are fully aware that their violation drops the honor, dignity and title of the student UNT Karaganda of the University of Kazpotrebsoyuz and College of Economics, Business and Law.
