1997 - 2006
College of Economics, Business and Law of Karaganda University of Kazpotrebsoyuz - College, which occupies a leading position in the market of educational services in the preparation of specialists of technical and vocational education in the Karaganda region. The KEUK EBP College trains specialists who have knowledge in the field of market relations, Management & Marketing, Business & Entrepreneurship, Accounting & Auditing, Law, Information Technology, etc. College was established in 1997 on the basis of the Karaganda cooperative school Oblpotrebsoyuz, opened in 1956. The school was created to train personnel mass professions for the system of the consumer system of Kazakhstan. In 1997, the school was transformed into an accounting and technological College, and in 2001 in connection with the joining KEUK (Resolution of the Board of Kazpotrebsoyuz No17 dated June 18, 2001 yeara) was renamed into the College of the EBP KEUK (Resolution of the Academic Council of December 24 2002 yeara protocol No4). Education at the College was conducted in three specialties: "Economics, Accounting and Control", "Bakery, Pasta and Confectionery Production", "Technology catering products". The teaching staff consisted of 12 teachers and masters of industrial training. The College had 183 full-time and correspondence forms of education. With the aim of improving its activities in 2006, the College was one of the first in the region implemented a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, organized by certified body "Russian Register Eurasia".
2007 - 2017
College EBP KEUK passed state certification three times - in 2007, 2012, 2017 years.
In accordance with the state license dated July 25, 2009 year No 319 College has the right to conduct educational activities under technical and vocational education programs for 14 specialties in full-time and part-time-distance forms of education. Specialties, by educational activities in the College, are harmonized with the educational programs of the university, which allows graduates of the College build your educational trajectory.College receives a state educational order every year. Within the framework of the UNT "Free vocational technical education for all" started in 2017 training of specialists in in-demand working professions: "Designer", "Manufacturer of food semi-finished products", "Accountant". Employment graduates ranges from 52% to 82% in the context of individual specialties, taking into account admission graduates to universities.
2019 - 2021
In 2019, KEUB KEUK took part in the National Ranking of Colleges, conducted by NAOKO.
According to the results of the College ranking, EBP KEUK took 2nd place in the National
Ranking Humanitarian and Economic Colleges of Kazakhstan.
In 2019, Kasipkor Holding NJSC to assess the activities of Colleges of Kazakhstan and
creating additional motivation to improve the quality of the of educational services of
technical and vocational education was ranked by Colleges of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 270 Colleges took part in the ranking, 61 of which are non-governmental. College EBP
KEUK ranks 70th according to the ranking. Along Karaganda 36 Colleges took part in the
ranking, among which the 5th place was awarded College EBP KEUK. 017 years.

In connection with the introduction of a fundamentally new state compulsory Standard of Technical and Vocational Education (GES), in the College since 2021 together with employers on the basis of professional standards, requirements of the labor market of the region, working curricula have been developed taking into account the modular-credit Learning Technologies. Thus, an increase in the quality of professional education and assessment of educational results, relevance, competition of graduates on the basis of ensuring compliance with the requirements of the State Educational Standards Technical and Vocational Education. The content of the training material is agreed with practitioners for successful professional adaptation of College graduates to the production process.
The development of the economy of Kazakhstan leads to the need to train specialists, who understand their work not only in theory, but also in practice. One of the UNT tools in the training of such a specialist is dual training, which combines both theoretical and practical training in the educational process. In 2021 dual education has been introduced in the College for 2 educational programs.
2021 - 2023
Training of qualified professionals on the basis of close interaction between
enterprises and colleges is also carried out through the system of dual education. So,
in the 2021-2022 academic year, the contingingUNT students in dual education system for
educational programs "Food Production Technology" Qualification "Operator of
Semi-finished Food Preparation Lines" and Standardization, Metrology and Certification"
Qualification « Technician by Standardization" was 30 people.
The modern stage of education dictates the emergence of a new educational environment –
educational ecosystem, which has the following features: variability, consistency,
interactivity and modularity. An example of such a system is WORLDSKILLS. For the
development of the system of training of workers and the formation of applied
qualifications in the has developed a strategy for the implementation of a demonstration
Exam on the Requirements of the Republic of Belarus WorldSkills as a form of
qualification Exam. In accordance with the tasks National ProjectUNT "Quality Education
"Educated Nation" College has started introduce the WorldSkills assessment system into
the educational process by conducting demonstration exams as part of the final
certification of students. So in 2021-2022 academic year at the Center for Competence on
the basis of the Karaganda College of Nutrition and service" Final Attestation was held
in the form of a demonstration Exam in the WorldSkills format Kazakhstan for students of
the educational program 1226000 "Technology and organization of production of catering
enterprises". Exam in this format gave an opportunity for graduates to gain new
experience and realize the potential for the development of their professional
competencies and the Skills passport.
In the 2022-2023 academic year, there is an increase in the contingingUNT of dual students system. Thus, the contingingUNT of students of the College is 109 people by 5 educational programs. The working curricula of the EP were developed jointly with enterprises and organizations of the city of Karaganda. All contracts are registered in the Chamber entrepreneurs of the Karaganda region and are included in the system of NOBD.
About College
The College has 3 full-time departments, 5 subject cycles commissions. The use of new
educational technologies, the introduction of progressive forms organization of the educational
process, active teaching methods and guarantee systems quality allows to achieve a level of
quality of training of students, corresponding to the modern Requirements.
